Refund policy

We want you to love your POBEMY purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
